Return & Exchange Policy

At Fremont Fashion Company, we want our customers to shop with confidence. Our return and exchange policy is designed to comply with the applicable consumer protection laws and regulations in Kuwait.

1. Return & Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below and applicable Kuwait laws.

2. Conditions for Return or Exchange

The product must:

• Be in its original condition.

• Be unused and unworn.

• Be returned with the original packaging, tags and accessories, where applicable.

• Be accompanied by the original invoice/receipt.

Products that have been used, damaged, altered, or cannot reasonably be returned to their original condition may not be eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law.

3. Returning the Product to Our Store

Customers requesting a return or exchange are required to bring the product to our store along with the original invoice/receipt.

We do not provide a collection service for returns or exchanges due to a customer's change of mind.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product has a manufacturing defect, is damaged before delivery, or is different from what was ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.

The product will be inspected, and the appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable Kuwait consumer protection laws.

5. Delivery Charges

Where a customer paid a separate delivery charge, the delivery charge will not be refunded for a return due to change of mind, where permitted by applicable law.

If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, the customer's statutory rights will apply.

6. Refund

Where a refund is applicable, the refund will be processed in accordance with the applicable Kuwait laws and regulations and the original payment method, where applicable.

7. Sale & Promotional Items

Sale or promotional pricing does not by itself remove any statutory consumer rights. Returns and exchanges remain subject to applicable Kuwait laws and regulations.

8. Products Subject to Special Rules

Certain categories of products may be subject to different return or exchange periods or conditions under Kuwait regulations. These may include certain valuable goods, evening and wedding wear, glasses, perfumes, and products that come into contact with the skin.

Where special rules apply, the applicable period and conditions will be communicated to the customer and/or stated on the invoice.

9. Proof of Purchase

A valid invoice/receipt is required to process a return or exchange.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit, exclude, or waive any rights provided to consumers under the applicable laws and regulations of Kuwait.
